Repair work is quoted flat-rate before any work begins, and the quoted price is the price you pay unless we discover additional damage — in which case we stop and get your approval before continuing. Estimates for new door and opener installation are free. A diagnostic fee may apply to repair visits and is credited toward the repair if you proceed.
Arrival windows booked online are requests until we confirm them by phone or text. Same-day service is subject to technician availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can — there is no cancellation fee.
Repairs include a one-year workmanship warranty: if something we installed or adjusted fails under normal use within one year, we return and make it right at no charge. Parts additionally carry their manufacturers' warranties. The warranty does not cover damage from vehicle impact, weather events, alterations by others, or components we did not service.
Payment is due on completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Commercial accounts may arrange invoicing in advance.
Garage door springs, cables, and bottom brackets are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Our technicians follow manufacturer safety procedures; we ask customers to keep children and pets clear of the work area during service.
