When you request a quote or book a repair, we collect the information you type into our forms: your name, phone number, service address, and a description of the work you need. If you call or text us, we see your phone number the way any business phone does.
We use your information for one purpose: scheduling and performing your garage door service. Form submissions are delivered to our dispatch system so a technician can contact you, quote the job, and show up at the right address.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do not send marketing email or text campaigns. You will only hear from us about work you asked us to do.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, loads fonts from Google Fonts, and embeds a Google Map of our service area. Those providers may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) when your browser loads their resources, under their own privacy policies. Our lead forms are delivered through a private messaging channel used only by our dispatch team.
We keep job records (name, address, work performed) as ordinary business records for warranty and accounting purposes. If you would like your contact information removed from our records, email us and we will take care of it.
